We’re currently in the process of backing up all customer data. While we originally planned for a 6-hour window, the process is taking longer than expected.

We’re performing a planned migration of the Dallas DirectAdmin server to a new and more powerful machine. This upgrade is being carried out to permanently fix the downtime and performance issues that have affected some clients.
Once the migration is complete, we’ll send you an email with all necessary details, including the new server IP, updated nameservers, and any login credentials, if needed.
